A modern day mixture of “Rocky” meets “O’ Brother Where Art Thou” where local idiot, Dingus McGraw, tries to compete in the Olympic Games to impress his sex starved girlfriend Excel. As Dingus starts to train and becomes a local celebrity, the pretentious, smarmy, Mayor Tyson decides to derail Dingus’ plan so he can have Excel to himself. The Mayor brings in ex-Russian trained Olympian Alekski “The Bear From Belarus” Cavalenko to compete against Dingus in a freestyle-wrestling event to humiliate Dingus. Can Dingus win?
